Jim Potvin brings a wealth of knowledge to his role of Insurance Broker with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He started with Thunderbird Insurance Brokers on February 1st, 1984. He is one of the owners of this family owned and operated local business. He is well qualified to provide comprehensive insurance solutions designed around your needs. He continually builds on his expertise to provide the highest quality of insurance advice and planning.
In Jim’s spare time, he is a volunteer fireman in the community where he lives, and is Acting Chair of the Willis Point Firefighters Association. In these roles, he is required to train for emergencies and plan events to raise funds for this association. He also volunteers in the insurance industry and was the President of the Victoria Brokers Association for 2008-2009, which supports and maintains standards for the industry.
