Thank you to all of our customers old and new who have worked with us through the COVID-19 crisis to keep our community safe. As we enter Phase 3 of BC’s restart plan, we will remain vigilant in looking after the health and well-being of both staff and customers and have reworked our office space to do just that.
On Monday, July 20th our office will re-open with strict covid19 safety measures in place. Our office hours will be Monday thru Friday from 10am to 4pm.
Due to the layout of our office, only a certain amount of clients will be allowed into the office at one time and the waiting room has been removed. The door will be locked at all times – just knock on the door and as soon as one of the agents is free, they will open up the door and ask you the standard covid 19 safety questions. Once the questions are answered sufficiently, you will be permitted to enter. Clients will be required to sanitize their hands as they enter the office and will be required to wear a mask (we will provide one if you do not have one).
The desk and equipment will be sanitized after every client to ensure everyone’s safety.
Half of our agents are still working from home during this time. So, we can still do ICBC & Thunderbird business over the phone & email. If this is what you would like to do, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a message. Please note that due to higher than normal call volumes, it may take a couple of days for an agent to call you back.
If you have a claim emergency after hours, please call ClaimsPro at -1-888-235-2447 and they will put a claim in for you. Please have your policy number & contact information available when you call.
