Almira (Myra) is one of Thunderbirds newer brokers, she has been in the insurance industry for over 7 years and with Thunderbird for most of that time. After raising her 3 lovely children Myra decided it was time for a new adventure. She was chosen to take part in a new unique studying opportunity the insurance industry was piloting. She faced the challenge with determination and completed the required licensing level to be a level 1 insurance broker on her first attempt. Myra applied specifically at Thunderbird Insurance wanting a different feel for her career in the industry, she believes in going above and beyond for clients and wanted to work with a company that she felt had the same values of customer service as her, a company that felt more like a local small business than a large corporation, she found that in Thunderbird, and has become part of the family.
Myra is extremely hard-working and dedicated, she treats every client as if they are her own. Always happy to help with anything a client or team member may need, she is truly passionate about continuing to challenge herself within the ever-changing industry.
